Its completely normal to have heel tops replaced as they are often the first part of a boot to wear down.
you should change a heel "top" before you start to wear into the heel "block"... if you damage the block it will need repairing or replacing before a new heel top can be fitted....
if the heel "block" is worn by more than 4-5mm or is falling apart then it will need to be replaced.

Once the boots are received we can confirm anything required and get started.
The postage cost to return your boots is automatically added at checkout and some handy postal instructions are emailed to you once checkout is complete.

If your boots / shoes arrive and the parts needed are not in usable condition we will contact you to discuss options. if you do not wish to proceed then your items will be returned and you will recieve a refund minus the return postage
