A: Factory zips on off-the-shelf riding boots often fail due to dirt build-up, calf tension or being stood on when pulling the boots on. We install heavy-duty brass vision or nylon zips stitched with rot-resistant bonded thread, designed specifically to withstand high-stress equestrian environments.
Q: Can you widen or stretch leather riding boots if they are too tight across the calf?
A: No we do not stretch leather calves we will only install discreet leather or elastic inserts alongside the zip track to gain additional circumference without compromising the boot's sleek line or structural support.
Q: Do I need to clean my riding boots before posting them in?
A: Yes, please brush off heavy arena dirt, mud, and horse sweat. Working on clean leather ensures our stitching machinery runs cleanly and adhesive bonds correctly... *£10 fee for cleaning will be charged if boots arrive excessively dirty*

A: Yes! You can combine clipper blade sharpening with your riding boot repairs in a single order. Package your blades securely in protective wrap inside your main boot parcel, and return postage will cover everything together.
