At TrimWorks2000, we don't believe in throwing away greatness. Our Build a Boot service takes Seasoned trade-in uppers and subjects them to a total forensic rebuild. We strip them, sanitise them, and let you choose every detail of the reconstruction.
It’s not just a repair; it’s a total reinvention.
How the Magic Happens:

Before you choose your style, we ensure the boots are structurally brand new.

The Strip Down: We remove the old soles, welts, canvas rib and the footbeds. Taking the boot back to its original bare leather upper.

2. Deep cleaning & Sanitisation: Every upper is deep-cleaned and sanitised using steam, soaps and sterilisers to ensure they are fresh and ready for a new owner.

3. Internal Reconstruction: We don’t reuse old internals. We fit a new canvas rib and a premium leather footbed. This means the foundation of the boot is brand new and will mold to you're feet
How to Create You're Pair.....
Designing your custom boot is a simple three-step process. Follow these steps to ensure your order is processed correctly:

1. Pick Your Canvas
Visit our Build a Boot Inventory to find a pair of uppers in your size and preferred leather.

2. Design the Foundation
Once you have found a pair you like use the dropdown menus to select your custom build specs. This covers the "skeleton" of the boot:

Welt Style: Choose from Flat, Storm, or Split Reverse welts.

Welt Colour: Match or contrast your leather.

Stitch Colour: The final detail that makes the boot pop.
Add this "Build a Boot" product to your basket.

3.Choose You're sole system
A custom build needs the right sole. Head over to our Resole Packages and select one that suits you! —from classic Red Wing wedge to rugged Vibram Lugs.

Once you checkout with both your "Build-A-Boot" and your Resole Package, we get to work.
We combine your custom specs with your chosen sole to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, posted directly to your door.

Due to the Bespoke Nature of Build-A-Boot Each pair is a unique commission, hand-built to your specific choices of leather upper, welt style, and sole. Because these are custom-made to your requirements, all Build-A-Boot sales are final.We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or sizing errors.
