How do I send my Red Wing boots for repair by post?
Select your Red Wing repair package on our website and complete checkout. Return tracked postage is calculated automatically. Pack your boots securely (leaving laces in place for length reference) with your order confirmation note inside, and post them to our Downton workshop.
Can my Red Wing Iron Rangers be resoled with a different sole style?
Yes. We can convert wedge soles to Vibram lug soles, lug soles to wedge soles or switch nitrile cork soles to a Vibram 430 Mini-Lug for increased grip!
What happens if the leather welt on my Red Wings is damaged?
During our initial inspection, we assess the condition of the welt. If the welt has been worn through or previously stitched too many times, we will contact you first to confirm you want us to install a new leather welt.
