Replacement elastic panels
Another common area for premature failure is the elastic panels,
we remove the original panel and replace it like for like in the closest possible colour. if a close match Is not available then we will make contact to get approval of a suitable replacement.
If you wish to have elastic panels added to a pair of boots that do not already have them then please specify how much you want the boots to stretch by and the un-stretched dimensions if its different to the boots current dimensions. We will follow your instructions as close as possible and cannot be held responsible if the dimensions provided are incorrect...

Singular :- one panel replaced on one boot

Bespoke Pair :- New elastic panels added to a pair of boots following dimensions provided.
Once the boots are received we can confirm anything required and get started.
The postage cost to return your boots is automatically added at checkout and some handy postal instructions are emailed to you once checkout is complete.

The postal charge is for us to return your items, you are responsible for posting us your items.
please include the order number, return adress, contact details and any additional requests in the box with your items
If your boots / shoes arrive and the parts needed are not in usable condition we will contact you to discuss options. if you do not wish to proceed then your items will be returned and you will recieve a refund minus the return postage
