if your items arrive and they are not in good enough condition to have the work you paid for carried out we will contact you to discuss options. we will refund you for anything you dont want done minus the return postage,

the postage cost is for us to return your items.

you are resposible for posting them to us.

please include a note with your items showing the order number, a name and address for your items to be returned to and any special requirements or requests.

We have a vast array of machinery for sharpening most types of blade / tool.

Nothing will get hot enough to damage the temper of the steel

we only sharpen and hone the cutting edge of knife blades (no full flat grinds)
