if your items arrive and they are not in good enough condition to have the work you paid for carried out we will contact you to discuss options. we will refund you for anything you dont want done minus the return postage,
full length leather outsole with a choice of heel blocks and top lifts. Unless instructed otherwise the stitches will be in a groove.
If you have specific requests please write them down and include them in the box with the shoes.
these will require wour welts to be in good usable condition,
*when using the original welts there is likly to be new stitch holes.... if this will be a concern or you want the shoes to look new then please purchase new welts*
