Boot zips

The postal charge is for us to return your items, you are responsible for posting us your items.

please include the order number, return adress, contact details and any additional requests in the box with your items

Zips are a common premature failure point on riding boots and footware in general, thankfully this does not mean the footware is finished!

We remove the broken zip and all the old stitches then put the new zip in making every effort to use the original needle holes… This means the footware will be able to have many zips changed without becoming structurally impaired due to all the holes.
